The managing office is the central contact point for any questions concerning the MSD study program – e.g. admission and application to the MSD, general study counselling, recognition of credit points, credit point check, etc.

Availability - subject to modifications:

Office days: Mon–Thu (see also the “Office Closed” section).

Drop-in office hours and availability by phone in the mornings: Monday to Thursday: 09:30 am to 12.30 pm; in the afternoons: Tuesday & Wednesday: 2:30 - 5:00 pm.

Individual study counseling on agreement, slots usually offered Monday to Thursday. Ask for an appointment (usually offered via Zoom; during the teaching period onsite meetings are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays upon previous request). 

Office closed  (due to public holidays, vacations, meetings, other commitments): Fri 02.-Sun 11.10.202; Wed 28.10.26: in the morning.
